Who we are

Built on repeat clients, not advertising

Most of our work comes from clients who called us back for their next building, or who were referred by someone we worked for. In a trade where the same terrace often gets “waterproofed” three times by three different contractors, that is the only credential that means anything.

We are led by Hari, who is on site personally for technical assessment on most projects. Clients deal directly with the person responsible for the specification, not a salesperson who disappears after the advance.

Our approach is diagnostic. Before we quote, we run a thermal imaging survey to establish where water is actually entering and travelling. It is common to find that a ceiling stain on the second floor originates from a terrace crack or a concealed pipe two floors above — and treating the stain would have wasted the client’s money entirely.

We then specify one system, name the exact products in the quotation, quote a fixed per-square-foot rate, and issue a written warranty on handover after a wet test and verification scan.

We diagnose before we quote

Thermal imaging finds the real source of the leak. Most contractors treat the visible stain, which is why the problem returns the next monsoon.

Surface preparation is not optional

Scraping, crack treatment and slope correction are in every quotation. It is why our work lasts and why we are occasionally not the cheapest bid.

Named systems, fixed rates

The quotation states the exact product and system being applied at a fixed per-sq-ft rate. You can verify what went onto your building.

Written warranty and verification

A wet test and comparison thermal scan before handover, then a written warranty certificate — not a verbal assurance.

Own trained crew
