A fibreglass or polyester mesh is embedded between coats of elastomeric acrylic. The mesh bridges hairline and future movement cracks instead of tearing over them — this is the system most of our factory and residential clients choose.

It depends on the system. Mesh-reinforced acrylic, torch-applied APP membrane and PU coatings sit at different price points, and the condition of the existing slab decides how much preparation is needed. We give a fixed per-sq-ft rate after a free site inspection — no open-ended billing.
A typical independent house terrace takes three to five days including surface preparation, curing between coats and a wet test. Larger factory roofs are scheduled around your operations.
Yes — a written warranty, with the duration depending on the system specified. We also re-scan with the thermal camera after a wet test before handover.
Surface preparation and membrane application both need a dry substrate, so we schedule around rain. Emergency leak arrest with PU injection grouting can be done in wet conditions.

We run a thermal imaging survey first — an infrared camera reads surface temperature differences to reveal where moisture is actually travelling inside your slab or wall. You get a diagnosis report before anyone touches a chisel.
