A calibrated thermal camera scans ceilings, walls and terrace surfaces. Wet material holds and releases heat differently from dry material, so moisture shows up as a distinct thermal signature — even under plaster and paint.
Hot and cold line leaks behind tiling and inside walls are traced by thermal gradient, then confirmed with moisture-meter readings so we break exactly one spot instead of five.
You receive annotated thermal images, moisture readings, the identified root cause and the recommended treatment system with scope and cost. The report is yours whether or not you award us the work.
After treatment and a wet test, we re-scan the same points and hand over a comparison set. This is what our warranty is written against.

No. The thermal survey is completely non-destructive. We only open the one confirmed spot at the time of repair, which is usually far smaller than the exploratory damage a conventional approach causes.
It is charged as a fixed inspection fee based on the built-up area surveyed, and it is adjusted against the repair cost if you award us the waterproofing work. Call us with your area and we will quote on the phone.
A typical apartment or independent house takes two to three hours. A factory or commercial block is scoped on site.
It reads surface temperature, not through-wall images. Moisture inside the structure changes the surface temperature above it, which is what makes the leak path visible.
