Fastener sealing, overlap treatment and reinforced tape or coating over ridge and valley joints. Most factory sheet roof leaks are at fasteners and laps rather than in the sheet itself.
Torch-applied APP or mesh-reinforced liquid membrane sized for large spans, with slope correction and rainwater outlet rebuilding.
For live, actively running leaks. Expanding polyurethane resin is injected under pressure into the crack, where it reacts with water and seals the path from inside the structure.

Most waterproofing fails because the contractor treated the stain, not the source. We run a thermal imaging survey first — an infrared camera reads surface temperature differences to reveal where moisture is actually travelling inside your slab or wall. You get a diagnosis report before anyone touches a chisel.
