An infrared survey maps where moisture is really travelling, so we treat the source instead of the stain. You get an annotated report.

Written Quotation
Itemised scope with the exact system and products named, a fixed per-sq-ft rate and a timeline. No open-ended billing.

Surface Preparation
Scraping, crack treatment, slope correction and priming. This is the step that decides whether the work lasts — and the step others skip.

System Application
Applied by our own trained crew to the specified thickness and coats, with supervision and daily progress updates.

Wet Test, Warranty & Handover
Ponding or wet test, a verification thermal scan against the original, then a written warranty certificate and photo documentation.
