Is the site inspection really free?
Yes, the site visit and assessment are free. A detailed thermal imaging survey with a written diagnosis report is charged separately and adjusted against the work if you award it to us.
How quickly can you start?
Inspection usually within 24 to 72 hours depending on location. Start date depends on scope and weather, and we confirm it in the quotation.
Do you handle both waterproofing and painting together?
Yes, and this is the right sequence for most buildings — waterproof first, let it cure, then paint. Doing them together avoids paying twice for scaffolding and access.
Do you give a warranty?
Yes, a written warranty whose duration depends on the specified system. Terms are stated on the quotation before you commit.
Do you work with apartment associations and facility teams?
Regularly. We provide the documented survey, phased quotation, method statement and GST invoicing that committees and facility departments need.

Thermal Imaging Leak Detection
Do you need to break the wall to find the leak?
No. The thermal survey is completely non-destructive. We only open the one confirmed spot at the time of repair, which is usually far smaller than the exploratory damage a conventional approach causes.
How much does thermal leak detection cost in Chennai?
It is charged as a fixed inspection fee based on the built-up area surveyed, and it is adjusted against the repair cost if you award us the waterproofing work. Call us with your area and we will quote on the phone.
How long does a survey take?
A typical apartment or independent house takes two to three hours. A factory or commercial block is scoped on site.
Can thermal imaging see through walls?
It reads surface temperature, not through-wall images. Moisture inside the structure changes the surface temperature above it, which is what makes the leak path visible.

It depends on the system. Mesh-reinforced acrylic, torch-applied APP membrane and PU coatings sit at different price points, and the condition of the existing slab decides how much preparation is needed. We give a fixed per-sq-ft rate after a free site inspection — no open-ended billing.
How long does terrace waterproofing take?
A typical independent house terrace takes three to five days including surface preparation, curing between coats and a wet test. Larger factory roofs are scheduled around your operations.
Do you give a warranty?
Yes — a written warranty, with the duration depending on the system specified. We also re-scan with the thermal camera after a wet test before handover.
Can waterproofing be done during the monsoon?
Surface preparation and membrane application both need a dry substrate, so we schedule around rain. Emergency leak arrest with PU injection grouting can be done in wet conditions.

How much temperature reduction can I expect?
Reflective coatings typically bring the terrace surface temperature down substantially, and the rooms directly below feel noticeably cooler — most clients report a real difference in afternoon comfort and air-conditioning run time. The exact figure depends on your slab thickness, insulation and roof exposure.
Does heat reduction coating also stop leaks?
Elastomeric and membrane-based reflective systems do provide waterproofing. A basic reflective paint does not. If your terrace already leaks, we specify a combined system rather than a plain coating.
How often does it need recoating?
A cool roof coating stays effective for several years, though reflectivity drops as dust accumulates. Periodic cleaning helps, and a recoat restores full performance.

My ceiling is damp but the bathroom above was already waterproofed. Why?
Very often the water is not coming from the bathroom at all — it travels laterally from a terrace crack, a leaking concealed pipe or an external wall. This is exactly what the thermal survey settles before you spend money on the wrong repair.
Do I need to vacate the house during waterproofing?
For terrace and external work, no. For bathroom waterproofing that bathroom is out of use for a few days while the coating cures and the ponding test runs.

Can you work without stopping our production?
Usually yes. We phase the roof into sections, work night shifts or weekends where required, and agree the sequence with your facility team before mobilising.
Do you provide GST invoices and work completion documentation?
Yes — GST invoice, material datasheets, method statement, warranty certificate and before/after documentation including thermal scans.
Our basement leaks only during monsoon. Can that be fixed while wet?
Yes. PU injection grouting is specifically designed to be installed against active water ingress, so it does not need a dry window.

It is quoted per sq ft of painted area and varies with the paint grade, the amount of surface preparation the building needs and the access method. We measure on site and give an itemised quotation that states the exact products.
Why did my last exterior paint job peel within two years?
Almost always one of three things — painting over loose old coating, painting over a damp wall without fixing the source, or skipping primer. We check for all three before quoting, and if there is active damp we recommend fixing that first.
Do you handle scaffolding for tall buildings?
Yes, both conventional scaffolding and rope access depending on the building and the site constraints. It is included in the quotation, not added later.

Can you paint while we are living in the house?
Yes. We work room by room, sheet and mask furniture, use dust-controlled sanding and clean up at the end of each day so the house stays liveable.
How long does an apartment interior repaint take?
A typical 2BHK takes about four to six days depending on how much putty and repair work is needed. We give you a day-wise schedule before starting.
My interior wall keeps peeling after every repaint. What is wrong?
Moisture is entering from outside the wall. Repainting will keep failing until the source is fixed. We thermal-scan to find it and quote the fix and the repaint together.
